I have spent the past two decades working on issues of power, identity, and systems change. This work began for me as a student organizer in college and has continued over my career as a clinician and nonprofit leader. I am passionate about building more humane systems that support individual and collective liberation. My approach draws from anti-oppressive & liberation praxis, trauma-informed practices, somatic mindfulness, transformational group work, and relational perspectives.
