I work with all incoming students who are looking to pursue a career in the Marine Industry. I manage the Admissions funnel from the top down - meeting with students of all backgrounds; high school graduates, Veterans, international students, second career seekers and retirees. Our graduates go on to get careers in Wooden Boat Building, Composite Boat Building, Marine Systems and Yacht Design.

- Sole coordinator of Undergraduate International Admissions where I travel, communicate, recruit, interview, review, admit and yield students from all around the world. This includes building a database of high schools, school counselors, independent counselors and making valuable connections- Experience recruiting individually and with professional groups such as the Council of International Schools (CIS) and EducationUSA with a primary focus of East and Southeast Asia as well as North America 12-14 weeks annually- Set and manage an annual operating budget of $50,000 USD- Pitch, plan, promote and participate in lead-generating activities and yield events (in-person and virtually)- Create and oversee content and distribution for international marketing materials digitally and physically- Primary institutional member for the Council of International Schools and International ACAC where I volunteer on the Service Committee- Manage a team of three Admissions Counselors and work with my team to reach annual recruitment and enrollment goals and priorities- Seamlessly adapted to recruiting and working with student and families remotely for the year of 2020

- Plan, organize and manage the Undergraduate Admissions Office recruitment for a counseling staff of ten (approximately 1200 off-campus recruitment events, annually)- Set and manage a marketing budget of $30,000 annually for prospective student giveaways and promotional items- Work with faculty to coordinate 20 Major Specific Information Sessions annually, bringing an additional 200 prospective students and families to campus- Collaborate with our Admissions Marketing & Technology team on social media campaigns and lead-nurture communication plans
