Kate Anthony’s DreamGrowing up I had wonderful role models that helped me become a loving, caring, motivated individual that strives to help others in any possible way. My career in real estate started at a young age. My dad had quite a few rental and investments properties, and I decided I wanted to do the same. At the age of 18, my now husband and I just went out and bought a house, fixed it up and made a profit. At the time it was so simple and being a high school student I just assumed everyone did this. To my surprise, I found that people really struggle with house purchases, whether it is credit issues, scared of getting a bad deal, a bad house, or even being unsure if they will ever find their dream house.I had a relationship with the Hugh Dugan Real Estate team and knew they were a great group of people to work with. I am blessed and fortunate enough to have the opportunity to go to work every day doing something I love. These days some companies and agents treat people like numbers. They focus on selling not solving, and put money or things above helping people and meeting their needs. My goal is to change real estate and ease the burden of buying and selling. I truly am an expert. I have bought and sold more in my short life than most people have in their entire lifetime. I am a home owner, investor and, professional real estate agent.
