CurrentOversees the sales team who is responsible for assessing client needs and objectives, developing and delivering on account plans and managing day-to-day needs for assigned accounts. Responsible for management and delivery of existing business to assigned accounts. Continues to lead, develop, and build client relationships by understanding customer’s needs and requirements and delivering targeted advice and solutions. Provides account leadership including coordination among sales, operations, and product development teams. Manages working relationships with key partners. Optimizes account management procedures within the department and between other departments to ensure timeliness and quality account management.
