I am a practising artist working with digital photography, video and audio. With a Masters Degree in Fine Art with Distinction from the Winchester School of Art. I was selected as one of the best graduates for inclusion in Platform, a project in association with five galleries: Aspex, De La Warr, Turner Contemporary, Milton Keynes Gallery and Modern Art Oxford. More recently I was awarded the 2020 Supporting The Arts Award.  My work has been exhibited in the UK, Irland, France, Netherlands, Portugal, Shanghai and Los Angeles. Part of the DYSPLA (a Development & Production Studio of Neurodivergent Storymakers), Filiart (Feminism in London) artist group and the Nasty Women Movement. Recent projects to note include the Nasty Women Exhibition London, Artist Residency at OVADA Oxford, video art screening at the Institute of Contemporary Art London and The Old Fire Station - Oxford Together Stories commission.Through my art practice, I question my identity and actively advocate for people who currently have the least amount of voice and visibility in society. 
I have a various history of employment within arts organisations and involve myself in art projects that focus on community and using art to help people transform their lives as they gain new ways of seeing themselves and the world around them.

• Taking lead on SEO improvements, PPC campaigns, company rebrands, delivering new websites and writing product launch strategies.

• Website maintenance and updates using WordPress, supporting the SEO project.• Creating written and design content for digital and print materials, including monthly newsletter creation in MailChimp.• Managing the groups social media presence.• Maintaining the annual marketing activity calendar, marketing request tracker and master spend tracker.

• Taking the lead on projects that create, analyse and drive the marketing of the restaurant, bar and gallery. • Creating customer engagement and digital communication initiatives for social media, blogs and newsletters, utilising my creative background and photography skills.• Analysing and reporting social media presence, engagement, and effectiveness across all platforms.• Leading the development of the new responsive website.

• Overseeing a full range of components for both small and large-scale events such as weddings, celebrations, exhibitions, meetings and conferences.• Daily management of the galleries and office inc. enquiries, venue marketing, events scheduling, contracts and invoices and synchronising all necessary departments at weekly operations meetings.• Focusing on client service satisfaction to encourage repeat business by determining and finalising clients personal event needs, any technical requirements, room set-up and catering requests.• Implementing time-saving processes, e.g. personally designing and creating a venue hire package.

• Conducting market research to identify selling, marketing and audience development possibilities and evaluate customer needs.• Gathering feedback from a wide variety of visitors/ potential clients.• Handling complaints or objections.• Preparing and delivering appropriate reviews and reports.

• Assisting in creating a plan of activities for children/ young people to develop their artistic skills, encourage creativity and positive approaches towards education.• Assisting to facilitate children to work independently and collaboratively. • Adapting my communication techniques to match the individual needs of each child, ensuring they are treated in a supportive manner and enhancing my knowledge in safeguarding procedures, being vigilant when working with children from vulnerable backgrounds. • Supporting an evaluation plan used throughout all the workshops.

• Working closely with the Director of the UKs longest continually running festival of outdoor arts and their team to creatively support the design and installation of outdoor artworks for the Winchester Hat Fair. • Ensuring installations were to a high artistic standard, with an awareness of diverse audience requirements and in adherence to health & safety requirements.
• Overseeing logistics for a one-off live performance. • Supervising volunteers/ interns throughout, ensuring we would be meeting scheduling targets by monitoring, supporting, motivating the teams, as well as creating a positive environment, giving praise and accrediting their work where due.

• Working in partnership with Artists, Digital Advisors, Partners, the Project Coordinator and the Director to support the running and organisation of various projects.• Conducting project-related research, compiling data and preparing findings to present.• Compiling and transcribing minutes during meetings and maintaining project records.• Helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations, for example, establishing an orderly filing system within the office environment.

• Creatively editing short videos for youtube content.• Organised project footage and arranged shot selections into sequences.• Working quickly and efficiently to turn projects around in a short period.• Team player if needed for shooting or production assistance.

• Taking high-quality digital photographs within a studio setting and offsite locations.• Assisting with the day-to-day running of the studio and business operations.• Attending networking and marketing events, implementing social media strategies, creating online content, blogs & newsletters and using analytics to track the increase in engagement.• Liaising with current clients and potential clients, using sales techniques in order to exceed company goals.• The studio specialised in photographing and running workshops for people with autism at the forefront of their lives. In these sessions, a one size fits all approach was not suitable with a more bespoke approach required.

• Working as part of a team of artists to organise a large-scale public festival.
• Assisting with printed materials such as signage, show guides and program of events.• Successfully project managing an event within the festival, from conception through to completion, across logistics, design, budget and production. 
• Opening and running events to the public, delivering excellent and proactive visitor service.

• Collaborated with artists, architects, fashion designers and app designers to produce artwork that toured internationally (both physically and through the use of VR).• Pre-Event Marketing.• Assisting with the installation of the exhibition.• Working within the gallery environment, running the exhibition, workshops & delivering public talks.

• Day-to-day invigilation of the Gallery during public opening hours and during occasional evening functions to ensure the safety of the works on display.• Delivering excellent and pro-active visitor service, providing information about the current exhibition and all aspects of the historic venue.• Ensuring and maintaining the tidy and orderly appearance of the Gallery at all times.• Being familiar with the evacuation procedures and being able to implement them in case of an emergency.

• Greeting customers, responding to questions and providing outstanding customer service.• Suggesting ways to improve sales e.g. planning marketing activities and visual merchandising, changing the store’s design through successfully helping to create new displays.• Handling merchandise stocks and processing consumer payments.• Performing store opening and closing operations.
