Project management of end-to-end enterprise wide projects for a variety of legal stakeholders through the full SDLC lifecycle. Types of projects included legal process improvement and business transformation, delivering data integration projects including an enterprise wide-DMS merge, managing launches of new legal applications, technical infrastructure, and telephony projects. • Delivered a merger of more than 18 million documents from four Autonomy FileSite Document Management systems (DMS) which included facilitating a national group of 40 lawyers to develop the new system design. • Developed and provided recommendations on the McMillan IT Roadmap.

Partnered with clients through performing strategic roles on large ERP and JDA solutions implementation including: • Facilitating requirements and RFP for a grocer’s supply chain and merchandising multi-million dollar ERP implementation.• Developing an IT Competitive Analysis that framed an automotive retailer’s five year IT strategy.• Creating structure and content Supply Chain Best Practices SharePoint site as a repository for North American Supply Chain best practices and thought leadership.• Developing Capgemini’s business transformation and OCM offerings for the Canadian market.• Creating OCM Deliverables for a large SRM utilities implementation.
