• Led a major renovation of BLG's matter lifecycle including upgrades to Intapp, renovation of the firm taxonomy and enabling mobile capabilities, reporting and workflow.\
• Completed a large (200TB) eDiscovery migration to Relativity in the cloud for better case management with artificial intelligence as well as rolling out a mobile solution.
• Introduced a solution to capture all of BLG’s Client Term Documents to improve decision data and Client Management.
• Migrated a francophone division and developed national processes and precedents for the Corporate Services Group.
• Managed a program to digitize all of BLG's Corporate minute books nationally.
• Launched the Reynen Court applications sandbox for lawyers to “test drive” innovative vendor legaltech software.

• Project management of end-to-end enterprise wide projects for a variety of legal stakeholders through the full SDLC lifecycle. Types of projects included legal process improvement and business transformation.
• Delivered a merger of more than 18 million documents from four Autonomy FileSite Document Management systems (DMS) which included facilitating a national group of 40 lawyers to develop the new system design.
• Developed and provided recommendations on the McMillan IT Roadmap.

• Project Manager on a large scale supply chain transformation project responsible for driving the process and technology changes within Rexall’s Merchandising organization. This included facilitating timely.
• Facilitated a process for managing promotional distribution that reduced the approval and revision time by 19% while improving collaboration between Merchandising and Marketing.
