I am an employment lawyer, who specialises in workplace related disputes and employment litigation. I also partner with clients to solve issues relating to corporate restructures, workplace investigations, complex enterprise bargaining matters and the strategic development of tailored and compliant workplace governance frameworks, including enterprise awards and agreements, employment contracts and policy documents. I represent clients in disputes before the Federal Court, Federal Circuit Court (previously Federal Magistrates Court), NSW Supreme Court (including Court of Appeal), AHRC, and the Fair Work Commission (previously Fair Work Australia and the AIRC). I work with clients in industries including manufacturing, banking and finance, professional services, infrastructure and aged care. I have acted in matters ranging from unfair dismissals and general protections disputes through to urgent injunction proceedings involving multiple parties. I have a particular interest in matters involving adverse action, confidential information and post-employment restraints.I joined FCB Workplace Law as a graduate in 2008, prior to which I worked as a paralegal for Freehills (now Herbert Smith Freehills).
