I am a learning leader with nine years' training team management experience in two very different organisations. I have practical knowledge of the latest learning & development principles and tools and how to adapt them to diverse audiences and organisation types. Since 2020 I have particularly been involved in designing and converting training programmes for remote or hybrid delivery, including webinars, asynchronous e-learning solutions and hybrid classroom training, on tight deadlines, to tight budgets. Most recently I have led the rollout of Articulate software to build eLearning for staff.I have many years of experience of working with internal and third party stakeholders (both clients and vendors) to ensure the best and most pertinent training is delivered to learners, be they clients, partners or colleagues.My recent work has been in the non-profit sector, supporting strategic changes in learning and development. Also conducting learning needs analysis and research and following the full learning cycle through design, delivery and evaluation of results, for training to meet organisational needs.Prior to that I led a multinational team for nearly seven years, who delivered training globally, with specific focus on Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and Oceania.In addition to my knowledge and experience in adapting training for different cultures, I am adept at finding creative ways of delivering key learning to meet the needed business results. In my 24 years in training and development I have also delivered face to face training in 27 countries, to a wide range of groups.
