- Utilised knowledge of industry recruiting and best practice to coordinate, source, interview, and hire for travel nurse assignments across the UK.- Recruited appropriate staff to fill vacant positions in all areas of nursing, including critical care and theatres.- Reviewed and evaluated credentials, work history, and education of all applicants to establish eligibility for the position and ensure appropriate NMC registration and visa requirements are met.

12 Month New Graduate Program - 3 x 4 month rotations1. Northern Cancer Institute - RN in outpatient chemotherapy unit, competent in IV cannulation and IV therapy, portacath management, blood transfusions, targeted therapy and monoclonal antibodies. 2. Maternity - gained further skills in pre and post natal care and care of the new born baby. Competent in management of an epidural.3. Acute general surgery (Colorectal, Upper and Lower GI, Gynaecology, Hepatobiliary and Urology) - gained further skills in all aspects of surgical nursing. Competent in management of a central line ie. CVC and PICC. Stoma management, IV therapy and medication administration
