Managing the Front Office TA team in EMEA.Whilst managing the Front Office Talent Acquisition team in EMEA, I retained Recruiter accountability for several Senior appointments across these lines of business. Responsible for managing Talent Acquisitions’ relationship with senior management teams. Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the business, HR and 3rd party suppliers in order to complete hiring objectives. Drive strategic initiatives through the Talent Acquisition team (diversity initiatives and agenda, direct sourcing and internal mobility focus). Identify and design appropriate sourcing strategies with the aim of filling vacancies in a timely and cost-efficient way (referrals, internal mobility and direct sourcing efforts).
