Engaging - Efficient- Effective I started my company, Virtual Agility, during the pandemic. At that time, I had been working as a Virtual Producer for nearly a decade, providing technology and engagement support throughout various virtual platforms. I was deemed the "Virtual/Hybrid Hospitality Wizard" for meetings, training, conferences, etc., helping busy executives, trainers, and coaches host engaging, online meetings without having to learn new technology or become a human switchboard. Now, focusing in as a DiSC and DDI certified Facilitator/Coach, I found my calling in leadership development (all stages). I am fueled by grit and gumption. I passionately push forward, engaging and empowering- transforming and training. I have also found a way to merry my strengths (Virtual Agility) and passion (Heart Shaped HR). By utilizing my experience as a Television News Anchor, I am using video content and interviewing finesse to revolutionize the hiring process with heart and humanity.
