My educational background is in psychology, sociology, and social work, and I have vast experience in wellness and mental health services, including 6 years in face-to-face mental health therapy. I currently serve as Chief Clinical Officer of Odyssey House, a nonprofit organization providing mental health and substance use disorder programs including residential and outpatient treatment programs. In my role, I oversee the work of 4 Program Directors overseeing 9 agency-wide programs. My key operational responsibilities include clinical oversight, compliance, quality, evaluation, and audit.Within this complex structure, I have led cross-functional teams and driven strategic initiatives, including a new Electronic Health Record system and a program evaluation framework.
