Kate works extensively with the IBO in a number of roles, including leading a wide range of Continuum (PYP, MYP, DP, CP) and MYP professional development training events as well as examining at IB MYP/Diploma levels. Kate is a school accreditor for the IBO and the Council of International Schools. Aside from these roles, Kate visits schools globally for tailor made consultancy and coaching of curriculum development, pedagogical leadership, professional development of faculty and workshops with student groups. She writes and consults on the production of professional development and educational materials and presents at education conferences worldwide.
