Responsible for developing and managing IQPC's Customer Management IQ's portfolio of live and online events. Overseeing a team of 8 producers, I work on creating content and commercially viable for conferences to launch across customer service, call center and marketing functions. I focus specifically on industry topic generation, client relationship management, network development and productivity.

Hired to launch the start-up of the European Exchange format in London. Initially responsible for the content production, marketing and audience development of the one-to-one meeting format conferences for senior execs only.
