Collaborated with filmmaker Andrea Wozny to launch Bagpipes Calling!, the first documentary film in her Sounding Home music travel series. Produced press kits and financial plans; handled film festival submissions and grant applications for future funding. Created 31 Days of Bagpipes, a month-long virtual St. Patrick’s celebration centered around Wozny’s film, which included multiple film screenings with Zoom Q+A’s, piping tutorials, cast interviews, and live-streamed bagpipe performances. Designed and maintained the festival’s website; launched social media campaign by identifying our target audiences, designing marketing content, and creating and maintaining the content calendar. Wrote and distributed press releases and corporate sponsorship packages.

Hired to develop and implement an HR department; responsible for aligning policies and best practices to the company's long-term goals.
