Managed the delivery of WebSphere Cast Iron v6.1 with primary responsibility for the release of WebSphere Cast Iron Express v6.1. A new offering in the Cast Iron product suite, that enables companies to rapidly connect their hybrid world of public clouds, private clouds, and on-premise applications.The focus of the new offering is to enable end users to rapidly deliver cloud integration projects in days, using reuseable process templates and a "configuration, not coding" approach to enable a higher return on investment in software as a service (SaaS) and cloud models. Managed the delivery of cross-SWG brand Hybrid Cloud Integration. Extending the capability of the existing products to the cloud to enable customers to extend their business inot the 'cloud' to maximise on new technologies.Delivery experience of Open Beta programs and the Early Access Program with customers and business partners.

Managing the IBM Software Group Federated Integration Test (FIT) team in Hursley / Raleigh and Shanghai was rewarding and a lot of fun. The highly skilled team focus on multi-product integration scenarios where their our goal is to improve the time to value and consumability of IBM Software solutions. A very rewarding role with a brilliant team.

Numerous testing roles across numerous products (WSBI, PAM, WAS, WMQ, CICS) on numerous platforms. Great fun !

Customer facing roles under many guises, depending on customer needs and career aspirations at the time. Roles ranged from architecting solutions, developing management information systems, testing management information systems, facilitating technical strategy workshops and dot.com project feasibility studies.

Worked as part of an IT team within the DTI to implement a new internal platform throughout the organisation at numerous geographic locations.
