Current• Business development lead for third-party brand and celebrity marketing partnerships supporting Starbucks brand, seasonal beverage / food product launches, and Starbucks Rewards.• Build the strategy, identify, and pursue new business opportunities with brands, properties, and celebrities, pitch the relationship vision, negotiate, and structure deals, direct the consumer story and creative approach, and manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns with brand partners and celebrities including Netflix, Taylor Swift, Apple, Alicia Keys, Warner Bros. Studios, Alaska Airlines, EA Sports, T-Mobile, Verizon, Headspace, and others. • The Taylor Swift promotion during the Holiday season drove the brand’s highest levels of social engagement in the U.S. including most-shared IG Reel with more than 2.7M views and most liked and reshared post on Twitter (X). Gift card sales of the co-branded eGift outperformed all available eGift cards during the promotion window.• Responsible for building the business case and recommended customer journey for delivering Starbucks product offers through third party marketing channels. Worked with a cross functional team from technology, finance, and marketing operations to deliver an end-to-end solution that has been used with third party brands including Spotify, Verizon, EA Sports and Garmin. • Collaboration with internal teams including members of US retail marketing, Starbucks Rewards marketing, international marketing, Channel Development, operations, Licensed Stores, product, entertainment, public affairs, legal and gift card.
