I was a full-time, live-in nanny, responsible for all meals and activities for the child Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00PM.

I worked as an administrative assistant/receptionist for a newly formed private practice. I was responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and beginning all of the paperwork to start the process of each therapist becoming a provider for different insurance companies. I learned how to use several of their portals for scheduling and insurance purposes. I was required to collect payments and make weekly deposits. I also kept track of deductibles and insurance payments.

I began as a sales associate, working my way up to being a team leader, and eventually an AM manager. I excelled at making the customer happy, managing the sales floor (prepping products, keeping up with supply and demand, and handling any problems that occurred), training new sales associates, and coming up with new ideas, promotions, and products for the business.
