To provide all creative and design services to the ONECard and Bookstore departments at Conestoga College. Responsible for the department’s creative services from poster campaigns to promotional product design. Duties include:- Dispatch accurate PDF artwork to dealers, external printers, and distributors within the deadline.- Maintain and manage digital files and artworks.- Responsibility for proof-reading & checking details on all creative output.- Interpret and transform concepts and ideas, sometimes developed by others, into descriptive visual materials in varying formats.- Provide support to the ONE Card Office Orientation Team during Orientation Weeks.- Any other duties which may be required from time to time as directedby the Retail Services Coordinator or Managers.
