Case Administrator Supporting And Assisting The Family Business
CurrentSince joining the family business, Bretts Business Recovery, in September 2023, I have taken on a multifaceted role as a case administrator, helping individuals with the winding up of their businesses. My responsibilities involve assessing clients' financial situations by analysing their assets and liabilities, managing client relationships with empathy and professionalism, guiding them through the complexities of the insolvency process while negotiating with creditors and government bodies on their behalf. A key part of my role is ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements by preparing accurate documentation and reports, adhering to insolvency laws and deadlines whilst maintaining transparency throughout the process. This role allows me to combine my technical expertise and logical problem-solving skills with a commitment to supporting clients with efficiently and clarity during their stressful times.
