By bringing together business and technology information, demanding stakeholders were satisfied, frustrated customers were properly informed and an organisation wide revision of crisis management procedures was triggered.• Right sized the team for future delivery by attracting talent and recruiting 10 additional squads (~100 people) to commence work on key division and industry strategic priorities (including Visa & Open Banking).
