I process and receive all consignments for auction and prepare it to be catalogued and photographed. I work closely with other departments to coordinate the production process and work diligently to ensure that the property is ready for each step of the process. I'm consistently required to stick to deadlines and communicate with a team of coworkers in order to ensure said deadlines are met.

Beverly Hills

I received and processed property for multiple departments (jewelry, coins, entertainment memorabilia, and books and manuscripts). I also coordinated shipments of property to our Dallas office, packed property as necessary and worked closely with Specialists and Consignment Directors to meet deadlines and other requirements.

I am the point of contact for all clients who have consigned property through my department. I am responsible for getting contracts signed and maintaining accurate and up to date files. I also assist with catalog production and preview set up, as well as day to day administrative duties.

Greater Los Angeles Area

General Customer Service Responsibilities Include:- Answering client inquiries in regards to consignment or appraisal of fine art or antiques- Registering clients for auctions as well as marketing opportunities- Managing the organization of several important archives including all paperwork relating to the collection and release of propertyGeneral Cashiering Responsibilities Include:- Processing and sending invoices to clients immediately following an auction- Double checking all invoices to ensure that the proper sales tax is being charged- Receiving payments (credit/debit cards, checks, wire transfers, cash)- Coordinating shipping with the client and either the shipping department or a third party shipper
