I am the evening coach for the Crossfit program.

I RAN THE DAILY FRONT DESK OPERATIONS AS WELL AS ADDED NEW PATIENTS TO OUR SYSTEM, HANDLING THEIR NEW PATIENT INTAKE PAPERWORK AND HELPING THROUGHOUT THEIR PLAN OF CARE AND AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN DISCHARGED FROM THERAPY. I WORKED WITH MEDICAL OFFICES AND THEIR PHYSICIANS TO HANDLE DOCUMENTS FOR COMMERCIAL INSURANCE AND MEDICARE PATIENTS. I WAS THE BRAND AMBASSADOR FOR THE LOUISVILLE – SOUTH CENTRAL REGION AND I CREATE PERSONALIZED GRAPHICS FOR THE 3 CLINICS.

I manage all deliveries and provide the volunteers with anything necessary to feed our 400-500+ underprivileged clients who come for lunch.

I provide 30 minute and hour-long sessions at clients' homes to allow for their privacy and safety.

I am the head coach which includes creating monthly programming, leading classes, and one on one training sessions.

I HANDLED THE SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES FOR ALL EXAM PREP SITES AS WELL AS THE MAIN FACEBOOK PAGE. I CREATED CONTENT, GRAPHICS, DESIGN PROMOTIONS, AND HELP DIRECT MEMBERS TO ANY ADDITIONAL HELP THEY MAY NEED.

I MANAGED ALL SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS FOR 10+ CLIENTS WHICH INCLUDED CREATING THEIR DAILY POSTS, ENGAGING WITH CUSTOMERS (CTB) OR BUSINESSES (BTB), RUNNING SPECIAL PROMOTIONS, LIVE STREAMS, AND MONTHLY CALLS.

I managed day to day operations of the smoothie bar, as well as weekly orders and deliveries and operations between two locations.

I am a bagger in the secondary sort located in the Air Hub. I am also the representative for my area for CHSP (Safety Committee).

I helped manage the Facebook page and created and maintained a Twitter and Instagram profile. I also created a blog through Wordpress to help share our vision and connect our volunteers and other patrons to events we attend or any awards we receive. I also volunteer on the line on Fridays and the last Saturday of the month.

I found guests who fit into our demographic and have a psychology based interest for our weekly radio show, and promote our show through social media.

I gathered guests, both writers and people in the media, for our sunday night show. I worked with them and Dr Stan Frager to create a lively and interesting show every week.
