My passion is anything to with food. I loved working and learning with it from a manufacturing standpoint, then as an end user in hospitality industry. Currently I am the purchaser for the Trump International Beach Resort. I am responsible for managing the levels of food and beverage on a daily basis for the hotel with seven food and beverage outlets. My most recent project was assisting in opening a new beach club with Alan Roth from Tai Entertainment and Tommy and Michelle Pooch, that just opened April 2012. I also source all products used in the hotel, from in room furniture, food and beverage, cleaning supplies, and whatever miscellaneous needs we have. In my future, I am interested in staying on the purchasing/buying side of the business. My next goal would to be in a role of a corporate buyer for a food service distributor. I am intrigued in the food buying of my current role, but I would love to be an expert in one category, whether it be beef, produce, dairy, seafood.
