Establishing Enhanced Litigation Management Solutions (now known as eDiscovery Collab) in 2017, I have brought a unique approach to the eDiscovery market. I do things differently. Where other providers adjust the litigation process to fit the technology, at eDiscovery Collab, my team adjusts the technology to fit each litigation process.I actively drive innovation and quality, am constantly pushing for better results, finding more cost-effective solutions, becoming more productive, designing simplified solutions, and working with our technology partners to manipulate the technology to suit the users.I build solutions for my clients by:• deeply understanding my clients’ document management systems and how to accurately, and efficiently, retrieve documents from those systems;• working with legal teams to gain knowledge of the issues in a dispute to effectively manage the eDiscovery process and retrieve and review data quickly; and• structuring litigation databases to assist legal teams to manage documents more effectively.I have more than three decades of experience in litigation support. Having worked in senior management roles in both law firms and eDiscovery providers, I have an unrivalled knowledge of legal processes and procedures and technical discovery issues. Through working closely with key stakeholders including in-house counsel, IT departments, law firms and eDiscovery providers, I have a unique understanding of my clients’ commercial imperatives.I have managed teams of lawyers, paralegals, and eDiscovery providers on many projects to maximise the value of the services. My project management skills are second to none, and I have trained and developed a team of highly skilled consultants.
