I founded Bloom in 2011 as a boutique firm focusing on product innovation digital marketing and digital transformation. Over 4-years, I grew the business organically and I am proud to have partnered with some great brands globally to launch new products and drive innovation at the core including: Lego, Aesop, Butlins, The Economist, Goodwood Group, Lexus and Toyota. In 2015, I sold the business to Spain & LATAM’s number 1 independent digital marketing consultancy, Territorio Creativo to form Good Rebels.

As the first social media expert working in the UK government, I devised and delivered the social media strategy for the entire UK government, This role involved three core assignments:1. To devise a strategic framework for social media adoption across government including the creation of guidelines and working models.2. To devise and deliver bespoke social media strategies and campaigns for Cabinet Office, Other Government Departments, Government Ministers. 3. To enable department and government-wide social media adoption through training and 121 coaching of key stakeholders.Alongside this role, I worked on a number of strategic assignments across other Government departments including: - Digital Communications Strategy for London 2012 Olympics - Digital & Social Media Engagement for Department of Children, Schools & Families - Ministerial engagement strategies using Social Media. - Youth engagement for Number 10 and the Cabinet Office

In the role I trained some the most high profile individuals and organisations in the UK from blue chip brands to government, from CEOs to marketing managers. Clients have included Number 10, C-level executives, National Magazine Company, Cabinet Office and MPs.
