Responsible for generating sales for a Bar & Restaurant with a turnover in excess of £3 million per year. Main responsibilities included:- Generating sales leads both locally and through third parties- Establishing and maintaining customer relations leading to strong client retention rates- Planning and execution of large scale bespoke events- Organising contrived events to generate revenue

General Manager for the Slug & Lettuce brand at both the Borough High Street & Stamford Street locations. Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business and P&L results.
