Collaborate with outside counsel to draft and negotiate arrangements including long-term lease with Arizona State University Research Park, land acquisition in Gilbert, AZ, and services agreements with architect, interior designer, public utilities, civil, structural and MEP engineers, and general contractor. • Lot Facilities Operations: Manage legal team responsible for virtually all Fox Lot facilities contracts, including for improvements, operations, and maintenance, such as: o engineering (civil, structural and MEP), architects, and general contractors; o goods and services, including backlot operations equipment and supplies (for departments such as grip, lighting, wardrobe, paint, transportation, studio stores, parking, security, commissary, events and catering, post-production, real estate, and environmental health & safety); and o identifying gaps, drafting and negotiating new arrangements, updating and revising contracts, and developing, implementing, and maintaining document tracking and calendaring system.Marketing Legal: Structured, drafted and negotiated wide variety of arrangements, including for marketing, advertising, co-promotions, publicity, license, influencers, sweepstakes, sponsorships, event production, content creation, web/app development, and motion picture rights acquisitions.
