Partnered with Deloitte to develop and implement Custodian Tracking System (CTS), which is a Legal matter lifecycle tracking and management system. The system allows the Legal business to track the lifecycle of Legal matters, custodians, and their associated interviews, devices, and collections from start to finish. It centralizes and standardizes the data and processes into one location and system, by replacing the multiple storage locations and the manual tracking processes (e.g., spreadsheets, Word docs, SharePoint lists). It interfaces with other systems such as Active Directory, Exchange, and Atlas (Legal Hold Order system of record) to centralize and tie the data together for users on legal hold. Additionally, the system provides reporting, tracking, and reconciliation features that previously were done manually or were not available.

Support IT applications used by Geologists, Geophysicists, and Reservoir Engineers.Administrator experience in the following licensing monitoring systems: FLEXnet Manager, Scalable Survey, OpenITSupport experience in the following GGRE applications: iPoint, Petra, Petrel, Petrosys, OpenSpirit, A2Z Bridge, Interactive Petrophysics, Blueback Project Tracker, PCOOSA, GOM-cubed, Eclipse, GWIS, PIPESIM, RokDoc.Administration of flexlm licenses.

Completed an eight week training program which consisted of in-classroom learning as well as hands on experiences in museums, rig sites, and other ConocoPhillips facilities.

Tutored students and provided local support for Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and other Walton College of Business applications. Monitored students' computer-based testing modules for the above applications.

Worked on several individual and team projects in the Logistics Operations Center of the Supply Chain Team. These include a data analysis project, development of a new hire training program, a virtual tour video of the capabilities of the Logistics department, and a collaborative safety and training program for the company's inventory yards.
