This change is underpinned by their core purpose to help communities to honour, mourn, celebrate, heal and rejuvenate. Picaluna also chooses to donate 5% of their Service Fee to a charity of the family’s choice.The Picaluna partnership supports me in the logistics required to arrange and conduct a funeral; including transfers, registering the death with Births, Deaths & Marriages, access to a vast range of suppliers, mortuary care, and invoicing. Responsible for mentoring, training, leading and managing the wedding coordination team, in the delivery of wedding receptions in the Dockside Group Venues - Dockside, L'Aqua and Star Room.In my 18 months in the wedding team, I successfully managed over 170 weddings, developed new processes to assist with event delivery, recruited and trained staff and interns, monitored the team's up sell targets and was responsible for ensuring all financials were up to date and paid in a timely manner. Pennant Hills Golf Club is one of the top private Golf Clubs in Sydney and has a fantastic function space that can host up to 300 people. During my time in this role, I was responsible for the overall planning, delivery and management of all internal and external events held onsite. My main responsibilities included; business development, end to end management of events, developing and implementing event plans, developing and marketing event ideas for the club's calendar.

Pennant Hills, Sydney

Responsible for leading the operational team in both day to day member services and all internal and external events. I supervised a team of up to 15 staff and was responsible for the recruitment, training and managing or operational staff. Events varied in size from 20 - 300 people and involved our function rooms along with the golf course and sometimes offsite events. I was responsible for executing the event orders and leading my team for a seamless delivery.

Riverside Oaks Golf Resort is a public acces golf resort that boasts an 18 hole course, 9 hole course, accommodation, informal dining and a function space that can host up to 350 people. My role included organsing social group packages, all accommodation reservations, and assisting the Sales & Marketing team with weddings, private events, corporate events and large scale golf days.
