Director of Marketing Communications for Silverlink Communications - a company that helps healthcare enterprises communicate effectively and affordably with their members and patients. As the fourth employee of the company I was originally accountable for Silverlink's entire marketing program and managed the development of our logo and corporate identity, all collateral, and our website. As the company grew (to 60 employees), I assumed ownership of Marketing Communications. In this role I was responsible for generating all corporate messaging and managing our public relations and analyst relations programs, event production (live and virtual), and executive speaking programs. I also managed our regulatory affairs program and played a key role in our three successful rounds of institutional fund raising. In these roles I worked closely with our executive team and managed multiple vendor relationships (including PR and creative agencies) - all on a part time schedule.

Worked as part of a team created to launch EMC’s Global Accounts sales strategy. Directly responsible for creating and implementing custom training and communication plans for the sales and service groups of each of EMC’s top 26 accounts across the US and Europe. Program was embraced by EMC's sales force and resulted in increased account penetration and satisfaction among the company’s most important accounts.

Produced results in several key projects including: documenting and improving SNI’s Storage Service delivery process, reducing time to revenue for service contracts, and creating standard storage solutions for enterprise class customers.

Center for Business Excellence (internal consulting group): Created a change management strategy to be used for all EMC project implementations. Senior level executive approved and implemented the strategy. Developed a communication strategy for EMC’s worldwide Enterprise Resource Planning project which was approved by management used for the duration of the project.

Executive coach for management consulting company that generates new thinking in businesses. Clients included key leadership teams of large organizations as well as high-growth business owners.

Led internal software development team in creation of communication plan, client service strategy, and goal setting disciplines to improve overall performance of the group.

Designed a leadership program to enable local business and government leaders to become competitive in the world market and taught English to children and adults.

Managed testing and training phases of system implementation projects in government agencies and private sector corporations. Gained strong client service skills and exposure to banking, insurance, and public utility industries.
