I'm an experienced Organisational Development/L&D and learning design consultant who specialises in wellbeing, resilience and employee experience, working with HR and senior leaders and their teams in the university sector, with a demonstrated history of designing and co-designing, delivering and evaluating successful bespoke interventions. I have recently completed an MSc Integrative Health & Wellbeing and my dissertation "Beyond Well-being Washing: An Exploration of the Economic Value Proposition (EVP) for Placing Employee Well-being at the Core of Strategy in the Higher Education Sector in the UK." has given me up-to-date insights into the issues that the university sector and its employees currently face. The study explored the intricate relationship between absenteeism and presenteeism, productivity, workplace culture, employee wellbeing and return on investment (ROI).I bring over twenty-five years of experience in the university sector, in a wide variety of roles, as a consultant, programme/project manager, staff developer, learning designer, learning technologist and researcher.I'm an experienced facilitator and coach and a certified Thinking Environment® teacher (trained by Nancy Kline) and I've been a member of the Time to Think Collegiate since 2011 (a global network of consultants authorised to teach the Thinking Environment®), yoga teacher and VIA Character Strengths Practitioner.
