Providing support and encouragement to cultural exchange students aged 13-18 participating in long term exchange programmes in the UK and Ireland. Managing a team of local representatives across the UK and Ireland to create and sustain a support network for students and host families. Engaging with students, local representatives and partner organisations to resolve issues. Incluing developing and implementing resolution action plans and working one on one with all parties to find practical solutions.Visiting partner organisations, mainly in Europe, to promote InterStudies and strengthen working relationships. Delivering pre-arrival workshops to students in their home country.Organising and implementing group trips to Dublin and Edinburgh.Organising and implementing London arrival and sightseeing camp. Including delivering workshops to students.Developing training material for local representatives relating to support, pastoral care and practical guides on dealing with issues and conflict resolution.
