Evidence of project related expenses are now stored in separate files to comply with funder requirements.-Coordination of a new ten-year strategy based upon a local needs assessment. -Increased partnership working to over 20 organisations within 10 months. Despite overcoming many challenges within ten months, the Organisation was unable to withstand unforeseen financial loses related to historic management decisions and went into Voluntary Liquidation.

Achieving both local and national interest in this project, the aim was to provide a programme that allowed even the most deep seated beliefs to be challenged resulting in positive community engagement and acceptance of difference.Responsibilities included managing evaluation of the project, blueprinting, marketing, publicity and developing theoretical approaches to ensure this project can be replicated in the future.
