Assist in sales and customer service—leading to improved customer retention

Manage catering orders, reviews, and complaints. Payment/refund processing and documentation, training new employees, balancing till and completing end of day reports.

Editor on Revibe Toronto's last volume. In this role, I worked with contributors to workshop their written pieces to reach their full potential. I also coordinated Revibe in the Park during the summer, for local creatives to come together and share their work.

During my internship, I was responsible for managing the socials of Artscape Youngplace and Wychwood Barns. I prepared the images and copy for Artscape social media accounts, managed online customer service questions, comments, and concerns, conducted interviews with Artscape tenants, and designed graphics for the Artscape Youngplace, Weston and Wychwood Barns locations. I learned a lot about the inner workings of not-for-profit organizations and more about the passion and drive of the people behind them.
