Responsibilities Including: - Creation of annual company budget, company strategy and business performance- Monthly reporting into Pacific Retail board, including budget to actual, Key Accounts and company strategy- Daily cash flow management- Management of Support Team including marketing, design, operations, business development and finance- Developed and opened first combined sushi and juice supermarket store within IGA- Execution of new business strategy and implemented a key account strategy that refocused the business on independent supermarkets vs. small scale franchisees and established relationships with these key clients.- Managed the design processes, set up, opening and ongoing success of new kiosks in independent supermarkets across QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT and TAS

As National Marketing Manager responsibilities included the direction and growth of brands under the Pacific Retail Management umbrella:- Go Sushi; Australia’s healthy, fresh grab and go sushi franchise- Wasabi Warriors; Australia’s sushi franchise with a GREEN heart- Kick Juice Bars; Coupled with Go Sushi as our back to back healthy food combination - Go Sushi 2 Go; wholesale brand, available at Coles, Woolworths, IGA, Thomas Dux, Universities, Schools and Sporting Venues. Working with international partners to take the Wasabi Warriors brand into international markets launching into Hong Kong and the Philippines. Whilst also exploring opportunities in the UAE. Building relationships with franchise partners, retailers and strategic partners was also a responsibility of the role.
