Mississippi Market is a consumer-owned food cooperative with over 19,000 members and three store locations providing healthy food and positive change for our St. Paul community. As the Community and Event Coordinator at Mississippi Market, I manage our education program, plan and execute large-scale events, represent Mississippi Market in public at community events, administer community donation and Positive Change round-up programs, and coordinate member-services initiatives. Since 2020, the primary focus of my community engagement work is centered around food access and racial and social justice.

Aynah designs and delivers cooperative education to students through on campus trainings and experiential learning trips in the US and abroad.As the Founder and Executive Director, I led Aynah through its legal formation, organizational development, onboarding of advisors, board members, and staff, mission and vision development, and small-medium scale expansion of programs.
