As the founder of The Coaching Retreat I am passionate about shaping the future of coaching, leadership development and organisational culture, empowering individuals and teams to achieve their dreams. My journey from Senior Manager to Founder has taught me valuable lessons in leadership, resilience and the importance of fostering a supportive environment. I believe that learning thrives when we embrace mistakes as opportunities for growth, building environments for people to think and innovate without fear of getting it wrong, knowing that every contribution is one worth making. This philosophy is at the heart of my business and as a Coach where I’ve had the privilege of guiding individuals and teams towards unlocking their full potential.At The Coaching Retreat I create a space for open and honest conversations, a place where people, leaders, teams and organisations can step outside the everyday and bring out the best in each other, unleashing their true potential.
