Held a position in Studio Management for 1 year at the University District location (Tier 2) before being promoted to a Studio Management position at the Ballard location (Tier 1, managing $1M in annual revenue, 1 direct report, and over 100 employees). Drove new client enrollment and retention, created best practices to support the customer experience, facilitated regular classroom instruction of RYT-200 programs to adult learners, and developed programs to promote instructor development. • Revenue Growth and Profitability: Consistently grew revenue at or above goal in both locations over a three year period. Planned and executed class content and schedules that appealed to the local market and resulted in optimum attendance and yoga revenue.• Personnel Development: Hired, trained, and developed studio staff including instructors, front desk staff, retail personnel, and Assistant Manager. Supervised, reviewed, and coached employees to develop a high level of job effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction. Delivered constructive feedback, growth plans, and disciplinary action in a timely manner.• Programming: Consistently enrolled programming budgets to goal in established, saturated markets. Collaborated with Program Development team to deliver CorePower Yoga programs such as Teacher Training, Yogi Training, Nutrition, and BootCamp. Planned and executed approved special workshops to facilitate extracurricular growth opportunities for teaching staff.• Customer Service: Maintained a high level of customer communication through personal interaction with clients; a communication process; and by providing appropriate feedback opportunities for clients.
