In 2008 I implemented the World Manager platform into the Foodco business and became a huge fan in the way it transformed communication with franchisees and their teams, and the visibility from Head Office. I joined the World Manager team as part of the Business Development team, to educate other businesses about the World Manager platform, and bring them.

I was responsible for the management the induction and ongoing training and development of franchise owners and the franchise support team. In 6 years I oversaw the induction of over 600 Muffin Break, Jamaica Blue and Dreamy Donuts franchisees, which included classroom training, e-learning programs and in-store experience. I managed the ongoing training.

I was responsible for the delivery of training needs of the organization in NSW and NZ, including product knowledge and skills of the sales team, within budget.I worked with the training team in the development and implementation of barista and consumer training programs nationally. I expanded the course offering to a wide ranging audience including.

In this role I was responsible for the design and delivery of professional and management development programs for employees and management through consultation with Heads of Department. These include workshops in communication, delegation, time management, business writing, customer service, interviewing, performance and career development discussion.
