We are passionate about fostering meaningful workplace connections in an ever-expanding remote world. We use data and trend analysis (and a whole lot of creativity) to bring the employee experience to life! As the world becomes more tech-heavy and AI-enhanced, human connection will be a priority, especially within a remote and hybrid landscape. Connection should be intentional and meaningful to spark engagement. We co-design experiences and build communication plans to foster belonging and drive productivity in remote and hybrid workplaces.

Worked with leadership to shape a nurturing & inclusive work environment central to TED's mission by creating innovative programs, events and policies that enhanced the employee experience. From recruitment and onboarding to milestones, training, policy development, compensation and off-boarding, I had the pleasure of building and supporting all aspects of the employee life cycle. Some of my proudest accomplishments: *Built & managed an interactive, TED-fused 5-star Onboarding Program that included videos, photos, tasks and meetups*Produced above-the-top All-Hands that were informative, inspiring and allowed employees to understand the company and their peers on a deeper level*Produced 6 annual TED Staff Retreats that averaged a 4-star rating, with higher engagement ratings during remote and hybrid years. Goals were to align the org on strategy, build trust and increase engagement while amplifying staff voices and showcasing talents.*Became a Certified CMHA Psychological Health and Safety Professional in the Workplace which allowed me to rollout a program to combat burnout, policy additions to reflect a more hybrid and flexible working style, an internal comms plan, a change management framework, skills development and training, and a Future of Work Committee.*Oversaw the first Future of Work Committee that resulted in a successful rollout of a hybrid working framework that included policy changes, connection incentives and a shift to the in-office experience. *Identified the top 5 employee & manager skills important to TED staff. Provided resources & training for those skills. *Built & designed a brand new staff intranet, using Coda, featuring a staff directory, HR FAQs, HR policies, org-wide procedures, company news, new hires, birthdays etc.*Founded the Culture Corner, TED’s employee newsletter, that focussed on storytelling through staff interviews that had an 86% open-rate

Social ProgramsDesigned and executed various events & programs to enhance the attendee experience for TED's global conferences. Logistics & OperationsOversaw 100s of conference staff and developed security protocols. Worked with security teams and governments in the UK & Africa.

Lead producer for the social programming for all major TED Conferences. Budgets ranging from 50K to 1.1M per event.

Young Women in Business (YWiB) offers programs and initiatives for young women across Canada to build skill and increase their networks. As the VP, Events I lead the strategy, programming and execution for our events and educational programs. We organize panels, workshops and networking socials.

A professional association that educates managers, consultants, and academics on an organization design principle: the requisite organization model. I led the production of the 250 person conference in Palisades, NY overseeing speakers, programming, workshops, food and beverage, and technical production.
