Kate leads the Enterprise Trust offering at Deloitte as the Vice President of Business Operations. In this role, she advises C-Suite executives on opportunities to grow their business, drive loyalty and engagement, and protect their brand by earning or rebuilding trust with their customers, employees, and other stakeholders. Kate’s work has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Foreign Affairs, Yahoo! Finance, Internal Auditor, and other publications. She speaks about trust, innovation, and technology at CES, the Atlantic Council, and on Deloitte Dbriefs. Kate has been named in the Top 50 Women in Consulting by Women We Admire and is proud to have led a team that has been selected as a "Top 5 Dream Team" within the largest professional services firm in the world.Kate's background is in innovation, digital strategy, and entrepreneurship. She has experience defining organizational strategy, as well as designing, developing, and scaling technology solutions to gain global adoption. She loves envisioning and shaping the future in response to social, economic, and technological trends. Having worked in over 20 countries around the world, Kate takes a global point of view on the world's biggest challenges and opportunities.Kate holds a Master of International Business from the Fletcher School at Tufts and dual degrees in Diplomacy and French from Occidental College.
