Kate Fiorianti currently works at PMMI as Director of Workforce Development. Her responsibilities include managing Education Partner relationships and working with the Future Workforce Committee to improve business/student relationships and recruitment within the manufacturing sector. Additionally, Kate manages the PMMI Mechatronics program and oversees the PMMI Foundation.Prior to her work a PMMI, Kate was the Membership Manager at Leadership Greater Washington handling membership engagement and working closely with the board and multiple committees. Before LGW, Kate served as a HR manager/recruiter at Cydcor, a leader in outsourced sales services. In that role, she represented the company at regional and national conventions and directly managed recruiting and training in offices throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions - in Miami, Nashville, New Orleans, New York City, and Washington, D.C.Kate is from Nashville, Tennessee and received her B.S. in International Business from Tennessee Technological University.
