Currently working as an HR consultant with a focus on assisting clients with Employee Relations issues, managing structural or contractual changes and creating and updating employee handbooks and policies. I have worked as a Human Resources Professional for more than 20 years in generalist HR and management roles. I have a sound knowledge of employment law and, although I specialise in employee relations and structural change, recent projects have also seen me working on a TUPE transfer and providing training on staff development and absence management as well as investigating a complex grievance ranging across 3 countries. As well as my HR roles, I have also worked in general management positions including managing teams, contributing to business and marketing strategies and with overall responsibility for customer relations. My work as a consultant has also exposed me to a number of different industries such as the Art World, Veterinary Practices, Hotel and Restaurants chains, Charities, Schools and Air Lines.
