I am a driven and commercially astute senior strategist with a wealth of cross-functional experience building multi-million-pound global brands and delivering profitable growth. l have significant experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders. I have 20+ years of consumer expertise and have worked for two of the best known FMCG brands in the country. More recently I've been able to broaden those skills after being offered a role at the British Horseracing Authority, leading strategic projects on behalf of the horseracing industry. I have a proven track record of motivating teams, managing multi-million customer accounts and influencing change. I also have a personal interest in leadership and spent two years in the Territorial Army, which taught me about how to motivate a team, lead and make decisions under pressure. I am an experienced mentor and have developed and managed high performing teams. My interest in people is genuine and I am a qualified Mental Health Ambassador.
