Sr. Recruiter• Recruit and source passive and active candidates to meet client hiring initiatives for various RPO clients. Client companies include: Cummins (NAD and College teams) Verizon Wireless, PayPal, Mattel, Novartis, Lidl, Newedge, Hilton Grand Vacations, Web.com, Box, MGP and CenturyLink.• Actively recruit and source to fill: Exempt and non-exempt positions including directors, engineers, marketing, technicians, sales, customer service, finance, HR, administrative and retail roles• Create sourcing strategies based on the position requirements. Sourcing tools include: LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn, cold-calling, referrals, Boolean search strings, Facebook, ZoomInfo, Internal/Client ATS Databases, Indeed, CareerBuilder and HirePurpose (job board for veterans)• Conducts behavioral based interviews to gauge candidate skill set alignment to the client requirements• Partners with client recruiters to ensure quality candidate experience and the progression of qualified candidates through the recruitment process
