Every day, whether we are aware of it or not, we are telling users a story about how we can make their lives a little bit easier through the technologies that we offer.In order to get those stories right, it is crucial for product designers and content designers to work together to provide our users with the right information at the right time. In the six years I've been working in UX, collaboration has become my superpower, and I love building new products and testing creative ideas.In a past life, I was an English teacher and worked with sixth and seventh graders. I was worried when I transitioned away from teaching that my skills might not transfer. I could not have been more wrong.
