About Kate Grochowski

Dance is an integral part of my story. I trained in a classical Cecchetti academy, earned a B.F.A. in Dance Performance and Choreography, worked with renowned companies, authored a year-long classical syllabus, and educated the next generation as a studio director and teacher.Instead of supporting my artistic career with a conventional "survival job," I developed a career in marketing that lead to founding a marketing agency in 2018. Since then, I've helped generate more than $18M in revenue for small businesses, including (full circle moment!) businesses in the dance industry.Today, I lead the strategic direction of the agency which serves businesses in a variety of industries all the while empowering dance studio owners to run high-performing, profitable studios.
