I LOVE design. I love the endless possibilities, the creativity, the problem solving. I have loved all of this since I was 10 years old - the age I decided I was going to be an architect. But it wasn’t until college that I realized my passion for sustainable design. The school I attended opened my eyes to the possibilities of designing with the earth, rather than against it. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to devote my career to environmentally responsible architecture. Since the beginning of my professional career, I have worked on projects that respect the sites on which they are built, foster a connection between indoors and outdoors, conserve water and energy, and create healthy, beautiful environments for their inhabitants. I continue to learn and be inspired every day by the endless possibilities of sustainable design.
