I use Queensberry as my album supplier - not cheap by any stretch of the imagination, but absolutely stunning. I offer a bespoke framing service and a range of wall art options. Brought in by new CEO (who was a client at Ticketmaster) immediately after opening of Vinopolis, when it was clear that the company’s ambitious financial targets would not be met. The requirement was to refocus the marketing and strategic direction of the company, and included the specific brief to address the issue of income generation across the board and from the visitor attraction element of the business in particular. Joined Ticketmaster on recommendation of Ticketmaster’s US directors. Asked to develop new strategic direction for the company and to champion marketing-led approach for the company’s development. Responsible for all Ticketmaster marketing activity. Member of the UK management team responsible for company performance and profit reporting to the US parent. The new position of Business Development Director was created to begin the process of centralising all ITV sales and marketing activity in the run up to the last ITV franchise round (1992), and the loss from ITV of the Channel 4 ad revenue (Jan 1993). Responsible for all ITV marketing activity and centralised business development. Reporting into ITV Marketing Committee (representing all ITV sales points).
